Concept Building Solutions have helped me out of a very damp hole. When I returned from holiday to a flooded ground floor, back in February 2025, I knew that I would struggle to find local builders who wanted to take on the work. But on a recommendation, I spoke to Concept Building Solutions’ project manager, Adam, and realised that there was hope. The ground floor of my house has been transformed and neighbours have been in to admire. I found all the Concept team to be friendly and helpful people, especially Claire and Joe, the painting team, and Adam, the project manager. I’m very pleased it’s all over and everything looks so much smarter and more modern than it did before the flood - especially my lovely turquoise doors.

I had a leak In the basement! I wasn’t sure what to do, or who to turn to. I know that if I got in touch with my insurance company it would mean endless phone calls and possibly hours of waiting on hold to be put thought a human. On top of that I’m sure I would have had to send numerous emails. I just don’t have the time. So I left it for while unsure of what to do next and then when In the pub one night a person suggested I try Adam from Concept claim Solutions and OMG … I’m so very glad I did!! What a professional, amiable, trustworthy and helpful chap he was. I cannot recommend highly enough!! We had a leak which caused a lot of damage, the insurance company gave me a claims form for the cost of a plumber. I gave Concept Claim Solutions a call and never had to speak to the insurance company again. Adam arrived and dealt with everything, the insurance company, carpenters, plasterers, decorators and all the drying out of the house. My house insurance was dealt with promptly and professionally. Adam was extremely helpful and kept us up to date with the whole process.
