Great company offering great products and service. I live in a Cornish fishing village with steep, narrow lanes, which are inaccessible by conventional vehicles. I’ve had one of Handle-It’s powered trolley for 6 years and it has been a life-saver for getting heavy and awkward loads to and from my house. It recently developed a fault but thanks to the customer service and engineering teams at Handle-It, my trolley was repaired very cost effectively, and is back in action, as good as new.

Really helpful company. I ordered a sack truck but when soon after it arrived the tyres went flat, and on investigation the inner tubes had been damaged, presumably during assembly of the wheels. I emailed Handle-It Ltd and they responded straight away and sent out 2 new wheels on next day delivery. Problem solved, assuming I was unlucky the 1st time!

Great experience with this company, full support after purchase and super quick response from Melanie. Had a drop pad for my cellar and had some issues with it and it was always sorted after reaching out to them. Edited, Unfortunately my experience completely changed after ordering another mat from here. And i had the same issue with this mat and they are trying blame me using it incorrectly even though i have another mat from another company just working fine. They are using different material which is small pieces glued to together so it doesn’t work same as 1 pice sponge. And kegs are flying around not safe!

We purchased 4 bespoke trolleys for our new facility in Cambridge and we're over the moon! The whole way through the design process, Handle-It but, specifically Daniel & Lydia were amazing. Daniel suggested a number of options for this electrically powered trolley and he was on point with every single one of them. Having had problems with trolley wheels purchased from this company a year ago I contacted them for advice. Mel came up with a very acceptable solution but what is as important is the incredible customer service I received (and the same was true when I purchased the wheels a year ago). Mel was so helpful and emails were answered very quickly. It was a real pleasure to deal with this company and I have no hesitation in giving a five-star review.
