Thanks to Justin for advising on an ongoing issue in relation to a commercial premise that did not obtain planning for a ventilation and extraction system installation. Justin explained that planning was likely and went to the effort of emailing the local planning team for confirmation.

Justin as an ex-local authority planning officer gave me hugely help in my property purchasing process with respects to planning permission. He provided me with valuable suggestions which my solicitor was not able to give. Justin is extremely professional and knowledgeable in this domain. I was new to the process before working with Justin and after finally getting my planning approved with the first application, I realised how it would have been impossible without his guidance. From the initial phonecalls, liasons with the architect & council, to site visits on his own time and general concern/care for the project during and after completion ... all his recommended suggestions and experience now make total sense. Justin went above and beyond to make sure a really simple project didn't turn into a total nightmare, and was a pleasure to be in contact with whilst dealing with what is arguably a very mundane but neccesary series of rules.
