I just had a new furnace installed and all my ducts replaced in my home. Chris, Mark, Gus, Dylan, and Ethan from Ongaro & Sons are amazing and are the whole package! I was so impressed with the quality of work from the moment they got here. They were friendly, knowledgeable, arrived on time, patient, worked around my pets, and cleaned up after themselves everyday before they left. Emily and Alexis from the office were very friendly and were available to answer any questions I had. I’m so glad I decided to go with Ongaro & Sons and I’d recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done!

I Call Ongaro & Sons and was very pleased with ability and thoroughness of Joshua and his assistant that looked over my furnace for the fact that it kept rebooting and I was not sure if it was the high limit switch or something else so I needed to make sure it was safe to run. They came and diagnose if there was any problem. It ended up it was in good running condition with a few adjustments it was safe to run. They were both very Professional and I could see they knew what they were doing. Thank you so much and from now on this is who I will use for all of my heating and plumbing needs. Great Company!!

We had a really positive experience with Ontario & Sons on a recent home project. It's always a gamble when you have an emergency plumbing situation and need someone but don't know who to choose. We got lucky with our situation when they were the only ones that could get to our house quickly to fix our main water shutoff value problem. All of the other plumbers I called either couldn't get here within a reasonable amount of time or didn't bother to call me back (Peter Levi Plumbing!). Ongaro & Sons was not only prompt but offered to arrive earlier than expected. Juan Donan Barragan was the plumber from O&S that did the work. He put us at ease right away, assuring us that what was broken could be fixed. We really appreciated that after worrying about the issue all weekend. He quickly put together the estimate that seemed quite fair and got to work straight away. Within a short time, Juan had replaced all of the broken components and our water was back on. It was a really good first experience with O&S, 100% due to Juan's professionalism. As a result, we're going to hire O&S to do more plumbing work that we've needed to get done and we're requesting that Juan does the work. Every plumbing situation is different and every plumber that does that work will vary obviously. Our experience with Juan from O&S was very positive and I would feel very comfortable recommending them to friends and family anytime.

Chris is amazing. When I had trouble he came, so patiently, so kindly not once but twice to get the job done. I commend Ongaro for having the dedicated employees that make sure the job is done to perfection. Thank you Chris and thank you Ongaro. Chris and Ethan arrived promptly and were courteous and informative. They took the time to explain everything that they were doing and went the extra mile to check my attic for asbestos. They taught me a lot about how to take care of my heating system. I will definitely call them again when I need a new heater installed.

Same day service, quick and professional. Less than 3 hours after calling, our burst water pipe was resolved! The main office and service professionals were easy to work with and a blessing to help with a stressful home emergency.

I had a great experience with the technician Chris Juvencio coming out to look at our old furnace. He helped clearly lay out options for repairs or upgrading to a new system. He even helped address some of our leaking registers right there on the spot! Knowledgeable, friendly, professional and on time. I would definitely recommend this company !
