Took my recycling to Rodriguez Recycling for the first time since moving to Oakdale. I will definitely take my recycling here again. I like how they have a dedicated lot (some people complained there were only 4 spots, there's actually 6) and the attendant was helpful and friendly. I went around 3pm on a Saturday and I was the only one there at that time. I was glad they don't make you remove the tops from plastic bottles (they just need to be dry). I always have similar amounts of recycling which usually get me $33-36, and mine came to $34 and change which they rounded up to $35. Overall it was on par with other good recycling places I've gone to, so I am thankful to have a good recycling place in my new town.

Usually a pretty good place. But once I took a huge box full of wine bottles & they accepted them. Then the next time I came back with a few more, he said they don’t accept wine bottles. I was confused since they took a bunch last time.

This place straight gave me $6.30 for two bags of plastic and cans , in Modesto one bag give you $10.00 and that’s just recyclable plastic, I also noticed he has bolts attached to the bottom of the bins idk what do you all think of it

They are late to open all the time and frequently close early saying they are full or have no money. They have been around long enough to know how much they get on average to make sure they don't get too full or to have enough money for the day.

They are polite and clean. The guys come and help you sort out the cans and bottles. Most of all, they are very quick even when there's a long line!

This center has changed unfortunately. The gentleman working is rude and disrespectful. They have put so many restrictions on recycling they make it near impossible to get any money back. This place is not worth the time. Would happily drive elsewhere just to deal with decent people. Looks like based on old post people, like me, used to enjoy this facility. Now... nope.

Get all of your CRV $ back!! For every 50 bottles (thin plastic)16.9oz. H2O. You lose $1.00. Unless you get paid by COUNT (up to 50 of each material 5 or 10cent sizes) instead of by weight. By weight you will receive only 3cents per bottle. The same goes for 25oz. Aluminium cans which have a 10 cent CRV and an 8cent weight. *On the flipside. The 1.5 lt. Square Aloe vera drink bottle pays double the CRV. Over 20cents each (77 grams) The new thick plastic 16oz. snapple bottles will bring in 15cents by weight (55 grams). Triple the CRV !! Eg. On sale @2.98 6pk. You will realize a 28% cash return. Sweet! I'm getting thirsty. You? Lol "Do Good. RECYCLE" TM p (registered trademark pending) :b

Their a ripoff. I just took in the same amount I always do and got half of what I should have. He also tried shoving my cans aside so he wouldn't have to pay me for that. They also toss items in their trash saying it not a recycling item when I know for a fact I paid CRV
