I was so disappointed at how insensitive and rude Maria in customer service was this morning. I had been trying to get the automated service to take a payment and it would not recognize my visa bank card. It said it was neither a MasterCard nor visa. She lied and said she put my information in and worked just fine. Basically calling me a liar. She had my account number not my bank information so how did she know for certain it did not work. Customer Service agents deal with many dishonest people but not everyone is a liar Maria an Leticia her supervisor. I don’t have time for this but it was so upsetting I had to do something.

I can't be more impressed with Cody and crew. Cody's team helped restripe 1st Street and found an extra 4 stalls. We recently had sewage issue and they have been very responsive.
