I would not even give one star. I called to order suntuf polycarbonate sheets. They helped me to place ordered online. Someone called me to confirm order and shipping address and asked me if I have space to deliver at curbside. I paid $405 for shipping in CA and material was shipping from 70 miles away from my house. They couldn’t deliver as it was big size crate but not heavy and it needed 2 people to do that. I talked to supervisor at interstate plastic and he said I have to hire help to take material from the truck. And I told him that person called me to confirm order and shipping said you will deliver at curbside. And Roger said I signed to arrange to get material from truck when I click on BOX before placing order online. He was not helpful and very rude. Shipping company was more reasonable than interstate plastic. Bad experience!!!! I will never work with this company again. Once you pay, they will not respond:(

I called ,told them what i needed, they said they had my product,, sent me a long invoice. They said my product was in the warehouse. I went in person to pick up the product,,they said "they dont fill same day orders" they will call me when when its ready. 1-2 days.. 3 weeks later the admin calls to ask me "if i stiil want the item".. I answer "of course".. "Ok lemme check the warehouse,,,,,,let me call you back. Call back voicemail.. " sorry sir your items arent ready yet" do you want 10mm,,i can get it to you faster.." I call the warehouse directly.. " is my 5x5 piece of plastic ready.? " yeah its been here for 3 weeks,,,,,,,,! My plastc (twinwall 8mm) looked shredded on the edges,, not a clean finished machine cut.. Save yourself time & money,,,,,,go somewhere else.

Needed to find a plastic supplier in south Los Angeles and stumbled across this company. Shawn was great and the got me out the door quckly. Cost was less then my normal supplier. I now have a new favorite plastics supplier.
