Bought a dress for my daughter from a retail store. Washed it as instructed. The flowers must habe been painted on the ivory dress because they faded off onto the fabric in one wash. Total water of money. Cannot find a single way to contact the company to get a replacement. Store won't do anything since it's not their fault the dress didn't hold up in the wash.
