They make outstanding gloves that I've been using for years, but their online store customer service and communication are abysmal. I used to order their gloves through Amazon but I've been ordering direct the last couple years trying to support "the little guy" and avoiding Amazon. Bad plan with Caiman apparently. I ordered 2 pair of gloves from their online store, they billed my credit card the following day, but I never heard a peep from them to confirm the order or provide shipping/tracking info etc. The only way I even knew the order went through was because my card was billed. (Yes I checked my spam filter) I called 4 days later to find out what gives, and had to give them as many details as possible to find the order since I was never given an order number. They said "oh they shipped Tuesday" and that was the end of the call. Still no order number provided, no tracking info or anything and I'm supposed to take it on faith the gloves I paid for are on their way. I emailed their online sales dept the following morning asking specifically for an invoice with order number and shipping/tracking info, and I've still not gotten a peep out of them and no gloves have shown up either. Seriously awful communication and customer support. 07/04/23 update- The gloves showed up yesterday and they're great as usual, but the Caiman store never did respond to my email request for the order information or any shipping information. Box looked like it had been used in a street kickball match, but the gloves were still in good shape at least. Next time I'm ordering their gloves through a third party.
