don’t go here, go to the other place down washington. This place doesn’t hire professionals, always receive with wrong parts and they take hours to pick up the phone. You’ll end up losing money on their behalf

I wish we were able to rate a negative 5 stars, the person who took my call in parts should really consider taking customer service lessons, disgusting attitude was silent on the phone for 2 minutes after I said I wanted to pay a part over the phone so my driver can pick up and finally says ok what is the credit card number didn't ask my company name didn't verify the part I was trying to purchase. I'm sure i'm not the only person who went else where for the attitude and you just lost an easy $500.00 sale.

Chris was the one help me this morning. We had the Side Shift Cylinder oil leaks this morning and called MFG.CO was helped by Chris, extremely helpful. Order it in 5 Mins and was told the seal kit that we need in stock. Big saver They always get the items that you need in stock. Give them a call before you make a trip there. Highly recommended !

Don’t expect to bring your part and have them find it for you. I was told to call and provide the VIN of the forklift and order over the phone. I was at the will call door with parts on me and they just shut the door. I guess they just want the business from forklift repair business not from a DIYer.
