Contacted Customer Service to try to get an answer on two part numbers. Was rudely told that they would only answer the question for a vendor, not for a customer of a vendor. Lady was very rude and short with me. She had no sympathy for the difficult situation I was in. Refused to help me at all. To be clear, I was not asking for a quote or proprietary information. I simply needed to know if they had two parts in stock. I've never been treated this rudely by a OEM before or since and I have decades of experience in this field. This is the first time I've every felt compelled to write a negative review based on such a terrible experience. But I had another bad experience last year where they send the wrong part twice! This set back my project by a week. I would give zero stars if that was possible. Buyer beware.

Hytrol does a great job shipping ‘stick’ conveyors promptly. My company specializes in ‘stick’ product - I understand Hytrol also gets involved in engineered sysyems also.

Conveyance is made from sub par components. Maintenance cost is 38% over competitors. Parts are not available to repair conveyance. Just because Hytrol comes under bid, stay away.
