Tried working with these people. They are very unorganized and kept making excuses for not following up. This went on for over two weeks. Never followed up when they said they would. Very unprofessional out of the Franklin location. Finally gave up and went with their competitor.for half their quote.

Great customer service and a loving spirit, Mr Adam came out to our house on the weekend when our gas got low because we come from Montgomery and now having to keep up with the levels in the tank is a little different! He gave me some great advice how to keep up with it, it’s service men like Mr Adams that keeps a company thriving, thank you all for your service...

I've been with Halls gas about 4 years, I went from electric cook top to an gas cook top. I called Halls and asked the for installation of the gas top they said it would be well under $200. The serviceman came out and installed it in the servicemen were just as nice as I can be. But they did not go through the entire box and there is lids that go on top of the flame to spread the flame out they did not empty the box out so they did not find the gas tops and I had to order them. They had to come back out again and set the gas stops and adjust the flame. when I asked them to come out and install the gas range they did not tell me that they did not do the electric to hook up the gas top which they should have or I would have hired someone else. When I got my bill it was $197.85. I called them spoke with Randy Hall the owner of the company and he began yelling at me telling me that I was blaming the boys that came out because I didn't empty out the box when they were the ones doing the job. And they had to make a service call wish they didn't charge me for a witch if you're doing a job you do it till you get it right. I told him I'm not going to pay him $197.85 I'll pay him $130 cuz they did not complete the job they did not installed the electric they did at one time put me in and on-demand water heater and that was totally working the electric and running the water and all of that and there was no problem. But now I will they will not even answer my phone call when I call him that was from this morning. I am now going over to kg propane gas and I am not going to use Halls propane any longer they are extremely disrespectful to their customers and I did not deserve to be spoken to that way by anybody. Extremely disrespectful. I did tell him I am not going to be using them do not send me out another bill don't come out and fill up my gas tank. But for now I just want more than anybody that is going to go with Hall's gas that you need to check and make sure you get it in writing on everything that they do for you because they will definitely overcharge it make sure that they're going to finish the project in all ways before you hire them. I really hate doing this post but I also hate being talked to like I'm a dog. This is Peggy Coleman have a good day
