I have known and dealt with the owners of this family operated company for years, decades even. They offer a superior products that fit various needs for home, office and factory/plant use. They have top notch employees and have always been very friendly, courteous and accommodating. If you are looking or know someone who is looking for a water and or coffee company that can deliver these are the guys to reach out to.

We have used BRMW at our office for a few years and have always received the best service. The delivery guys are always so friendly and get in and out quickly. We have never run out of water and have always been extremely pleased with their customer service. If you are looking for a water cooler company for your place of business or your home, you need to give Blue Ridge Mountain Water a call!

I have had water delivered for the past 3 years and moved 2 times. Changing locations, updating my account, anything and everything has been a breeze! Every phone call and interaction has been pleasant and accommodating, such a great staff! I closed my account today as I am moving out of state and had to leave a review because the staff is just that awesome. Thank you!

I've used this company for over 14 years . They are very polite and very helpful. You can tell the really care about their customers. The water is the only kind that my kids and I will drink. And the lady's that work so hard in the office are just totally amazing . Everybody there is just awesome ! Not to mention that the water is the absolute best !!

The customer service is always exceptional. I was unable to pick up the heavy bottles without hurting my back and the delivery man brought them all in. He even wiped down my cooler and made sure it was working properly. This company has always gone above and beyond every time I have ever had to call them. I would recommend this company to everyone.

We have been using this company for years for our water with no problems. One day they came to deliver and tracked mud through our office building. A noticeable amount at that. We called to inquire about why this happened, and instead of an apology we were met with excuses and defensiveness. They informed us they would come clean it and take their water and cooler with them. Effectively firing us for their own inconsideration and negligence. You might get good service from a 34* year old company, or you might get a company that has no manners and acts like it’s normal to come to people’s offices and leave mud everywhere. In response to the owner's response: You told us you did not notice the mud, and that you had been through a rainstorm. At this point, there was no mention of coming to clean it up. To your response we said, "How could you not notice it when you came in and out of the office three times". You got defensive at this point and instead of apologizing you kept on making excuses and got frustrated with us. That's when we said, "I would never leave someone's office like that" and after another brief exchange we replied, "Well someone has to clean this up.". At that point you informed us that you would come clean it up and take your equipment with you. THEN we receive a bill for this month's equipment that you took back. I'm not sure if you're familiar with your own contract, but it says: "After 1 months, this agreement is to continue on a monthly basis subject to termination by either party of a thirty day notice. Title to said equipment is retained by Blue Ridge Water." So, I suppose you decided you didn't like our complaint and that you didn't need or want our business. So you declared you were taking your equipment, broke your own contract, and came and cleaned up very nicely. We understand things happen and people make mistakes, but if nothing else this incident was absolutely unprofessional and I can only hope you don't treat your other customers the same way.

Poor Residence Delivery Service. I tried to set up delivery service for two -5 gal spring water per month. (A 5 gallon bottled water weighs over 40 lbs.) Sales person said they do not bring water in the house. They do bring water inside if you are a business! She said, they leave the water outside because most people aren't home. I said I will be home on the delivery date or will call and change the date per their website ad. She said, that is the policy, and wouldn't budge. So, I can't rate the water. Too heavy for me. Cancer survivor with no muscle strength. If left outside, it might as well be on the moon.
