We started the course right at the beginning of the company’s restructure and as I was stepping into a new role, so the timing couldn’t have been better. Having Mike there to help us talk through some of the tricky situations we might face really helped build my confidence — especially to speak up and share my thoughts on how we should move forward with certain things. The course was a great mix of fun and thought-provoking, and taking the time to look at what good leadership looks like across the company made a real difference.
